There are lots of other countries that are known for having highly skilled tech workers that are looking to immigrate to the U.S.
An employer might also have trouble hiring someone for a job if it requires the candidate to speak several different languages. Finding bilingual or multilingual job applicants can always be a challenge, as many of the workers in today’s job market do not possess these skills and only speak English or one other language. Some employers might need job applicants that not only speak multiple languages, but also possess other skills such as management or tech skills. This can make finding a quailed candidate even more challenging.
